The jookie experience starts with a consultation here at jookie where we'll get to know each other, chat about our session goals & pricing, and choose which portrait offering is right for you and your home decor. Once we have our portrait session and create your images, you'll visit us again for your private viewing appointment. Together we'll choose your favorite images that work best in the portrait offering you chose during your consultation.

This gorgeous family was here last when their adorable boy was just an itty bitty newborn so it was time for some update portraits. I've photographed his big sister many times including the summer before jookie officially opened. They were featured in the first jookie brochure and website, and so of course they have a special place in jookie history and my heart. To top it off, they always have perfect clothing!

Getting ready for the arrival of another baby, this family came to celebrate with a family session while also getting some fun one year portraits before this little girl becomes a big sis. They were fun and laid back, and as usual with toddlers, the little girl was Boss. She has the most expressive, sweet personality and a smile to melt any heart. I love how the colors of their portrait session capture the happy spirit of their family, soon to be plus one!

I am always so flattered when chosen to capture maternity portraits as it's such an amazing time in expecting parents' lives. And bellies are all so different from each other, just like babies! It was even more wonderful to get to meet this little guy when he arrived because I had talked so much with this smart, funny, talented couple and knew what terrific parents they would be. He's a lucky little guy who I hope grows up to have the same around-the-world adventures as his cool mom and dad!
